Roles & Responsibilities

  1. ⁠Connect with 30+ customers via calls and WhatsApp.
  2. Communicate effectively about our product to generate sales.
  3. Participate in sales training to improve skills.
  4. Uphold the company’s standards by following guidelines.
  5. Use strong communication and persuasion skills.

Working hours

  • This is a part-time internship. You will work 4 hours a day, Monday to Saturday.
  • You can choose any 4 hours between 12 PM to 9 PM.
  • You can work all 4 hours continuously (like 12-4 PM or 2-6 PM).
  • Or you can work in two slots (like 12-2 PM and 3-5 PM).

Stipend policy

  • You will get a monthly stipend of ₹4,000. It is paid on the 26th working day from the day your internship starts (please do not get confused, it is not paid on the 26th day of the month).
  • Working day = days you actively worked
  • Sundays and leave days are not counted as working day
  • If on a given day, you only work 2 hours, it will be counted as a half working day.

Weekly incentive policy

  • You can earn up to ₹6,000/month in incentives based on your sales performance.
  • Incentives are given every week. We prepare a leaderboard every Sunday, which shows everyone’s rank based on their weekly performance.
  • The top 70% of the team receives incentives between ₹1,500 and ₹500. For example, if there are 20 people on the leaderboard, the top 14 people get incentives — the 1st rank gets ₹1,500, and the 14th rank gets ₹500.
  • Sometimes, if the whole team performs well, we may increase the bar and give incentives to the top 80% or even 90% of the team.
  • The incentives are deposited in your accounts every week.

Preferred payment modes for stipend + incentives

  • UPI – Instant transfer
  • Fam App – Instant Transfer
  • Bank account – May take upto 24 hours.

Internship Duration

  • Minimum duration of the internship in is 2 months.
  • Continuation depends on your performance and relationship with the company.

Leave Policy

  • If you want a leave, just let us know.
  • Please inform us at least one day before. For example, if you want leave tomorrow, let us know by the end of today.

SIM Card Reimbursement Policy

  • If you buy a SIM card or recharge it during the internship, we will pay you back.
  • This is called reimbursement — you pay first, then mail us, and we return the amount.
  • Reimbursements are done almost immediately. For example, if you buy a SIM card or recharge today, you will get the reimbursement by today or tomorrow.
  • To get your reimbursement, you will need to mail us at contact@trinet.in.

Update (22nd Aug): We have found some interns misusing our immediate reimbursement policy. From now on, reimbursements will be processes within one week after you start working.

Certificate of Completion + LOR

  1. You will get a certificate of completion every month.
  2. A letter of recommendation will be given only after you complete 2 months of the internship.
