Table of Contents

Be available to take calls during your work timings. If you miss calls, candidates keep messaging our sales support team saying HR is not answering.

Any work done before or after your chosen work timings will not be counted.

Call every missed call back (If someone calls you before/after your slots, call them back in your slots).

If you are receiving calls before your slots, you don’t need to pick up.
Call them back when your slots start.

Also, during your slots, priority of:
Picking calls >> Calling back.

If candidates call you on WhatsApp,
you can pick the call or call them back on WhatsApp.

If a candidate asks to speak in Hindi, you can continue the conversation in Hindi or Hinglish (a mix of Hindi and English).

If you’re not receiving enough calls,
Kindly call the people who asked to reschedule earlier.

Please make sure to fill your work timings one day prior without fail.
If timings are filled in the morning, it will be considered absent.

Tips (must-follow)

  • Speak Slow (DO NOT RUSH)
  • Speak Loud Enough
  • When you ask questions, let them speak
  • Ask all the relevant questions
  • Follow the script (do not miss sentences)

WHEN TO HANG UP THE CALL: Disrespect

There are 3 ways to be disrespectful

  • Unprofessional language or gestures
  • Loud
  • Profanity

Disrespect:

  • [Candidate name], that’s not how we talk, thank you. Hang up the call.

If they ask something disrespectfully:

  • [Candidate name], the way you are asking, I would rather not reply. Thank you

If you have a painful customer:

  • Asking for a refund / reattempt
  • Not received any details
  • Asking for more time to take exam
  • Faced technical issues / not happy with their exam.
