What happens after a customer pays

Step 1:

In < 15 minutes

After registration, we send a WhatsApp message to the candidates asking them to fill out a Google Form.

The form is shared below for reference.

Step 2:

Within next 15 minutes

Once the candidate submits the Google Form, they will receive an email. This email includes:

1. Capstone Course
2. Practice Questions
3. Exam Guide
4. Exam Framework
5. Exam Link

Step 3:

Within next 15 minutes

We send a confirmation message to the candidate on WhatsApp. It lets them know that the exam details have been shared on their email.

Step 4:

Within 48 hours

Candidates can take the exam anytime within 48 hours after receiving the email.

If a candidate needs more time to take the exam, they can email us at contact@trinet.in.

Step 5:

Next 24 hours

After they submit the exam, we send results to their email within 24 hours.

  1. If they fail the Technical Round (score < 60%), they can reappear for the exam after 3 months. No need to register or pay again.
  2. If they pass the Technical Round (score ≥ 60%), we send them the details for the Subjective Round (Round 2).

Step 6: only if they pass technical round

Within 48 hours

They have 48 hours to take the Subjective Round after receiving the Subjective Round email.

Step 7

Next 48 hours

After they submit the Subjective Round exam, we send results to their email within 48 hours.

  1. If they fail the Subjective Round (score < 60%), they can reappear for the exam after 3 months. No need to register or pay again.
  2. If they pass the Subjective Round (score ≥ 60%), they are selected for the job role.

Step 8: only if they pass Subjective Round

Within 2-6 days

  • Candidates who pass Subjective Round will receive their offer letter.
  • After that, they’ll start a 15-day training where they’ll learn about their role and the company.
  • The company will pay them during training based on their CTC.

Capstone Exam

Technical Round - Round 1

  • Syllabus: Quantitative aptitude, verbal ability, reasoning skills, and technical knowledge.
  • Duration: 40-60 minutes
  • Number of Questions: 40
  • Total Marks: 40 (1 mark per question)
  • Passing Criteria: 60% (24 Marks)

Subjective Round - Round 2

  • Syllabus: Critical thinking, communication, team management, and technical knowledge.
  • Only candidates who pass Technical Round will receive details for Subjective Round.
  • Duration: 90 minutes
  • Number of Questions: 25
  • Total Marks: 100
  • Passing Criteria: 60% (60 Marks)
