Work Culture & Expectations

At Trinet Technologies, we believe in creating a high-performing, supportive, and growth-oriented environment. Here’s everything you need to know:

What We Expect from You​

We expect three core qualities in every sales intern:

  • Discipline: Discipline means you work when you say you are working. If your work timings are 2-6 PM. You take as much calls between 2-6 PM. If your work timings are 2-6 PM, take as much calls between 2-6 PM. You don’t need to work before or after your slots.
  • Coachable: If we teach you something, be open to learning. We like team members who are proactive and willing to learn.
  • Team Standards: Do your work with the same or even better effort and attitude as the rest of the team. Always uphold the team’s standards.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

We track performance through below KPIs:

  • Total Call Duration: This means the total time you spend actively talking to customers. Example: If you talk to 3 people for 5 minutes each, your Total Call Duration is 15 minutes.
  • Total Connected Calls: This refers to the total number of calls that were connected (both incoming and outgoing).
  • Average Duration Per Call: This is the average time you spend on each connected call. If your Total Call Duration is 15 minutes and your Total Connected Calls are 3, your Average Duration Per Call is 5 minutes.
  • Unique Missed Calls: This refers to the number of unique customers who tried calling you, but you didn’t answer and also didn’t call them back.

Internship Continuation after 2 months

If you’re in the top 70% performers in your 2-month internship, you’ll be eligible to continue the internship.

Stipend Raise

If you complete 2 months and perform well, your base stipend may increase from ₹4,000 to ₹5,000. This depends on your performance.

Trainings and Certifications

After completing one month of your internship, you’ll get lifetime access to premium courses in public speaking, HR, and sales, through our partnerships with Udemy, Zoho, and other leading learning platforms.

We Understand You

We know many of you are also studying. It’s okay if you need time off for exams or other important commitments. Just keep us informed—we support flexibility when communicated well.

Just Inform

  • If you can’t work on a given day, just inform us.
  • If you need a leave, just inform us.
  • For example, If your work timing is 2–6 PM and something important comes up at 1 PM, and you realize you can’t work—just inform us.
  • We’ll never force you to work if you’re not able to.

Minimal Tolerance

1. Miscommunication

  • We have minimal tolerance for miscommunication and lies.
  • If you exceed the minimal tolerance, the internship will be terminated.

2. Performance

If your performance is consistently in the bottom 30% – and we do not see any improvement after feedback, your internship may be terminated.

3. Don'ts

  • Strictly avoid making personal calls from your business number
  • Any work done before or after your chosen work timings will not be counted (Exceptions are allowed only if informed in advance).
  • Keep your {Total call duration > 2:30 hours} and Maintain {Total Connected Calls = 30+}. If your Total call duration is below 2 hours, that day will be marked as a HALF WORKING DAY.
